Leads the people-management function for an engineering pillar of 20–30 engineers across multiple delivery teams. Owns hiring, performance, career development, capacity allocation, compensation inputs, and organisational practices. Partners with Tech Leads, Product Owners, the CTO, and People team while contributing strategically to architecture reviews and RFCs. The role establishes people-management practices in a newly restructured, regulated engineering organisation.

Conduct Customer Due Diligence reviews for legal-entity customers across Europe and other jurisdictions. Investigate complex cases, perform PEP, sanctions, adverse media, source of funds, and source of wealth reviews, identify high-risk connections, and make evidence-based decisions. Advise internal stakeholders on AML/CTF requirements, support compliance process development, and help maintain a strong financial crime prevention culture.

Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk individual and corporate investors across multiple jurisdictions. Analyze source of funds and wealth, beneficial ownership, corporate records, financial documents, and adverse media. Prepare evidence-based case narratives, make risk-based decisions, communicate with investors and stakeholders, maintain EDD procedures, monitor AML/CTF regulations, and contribute to AI-supported compliance process improvements.
