Leads and scales the risk function as the company transitions toward becoming a regulated bank. Responsibilities include developing ICAAP and ILAAP, maintaining the risk appetite framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with regulators and boards, improving risk processes through technology and AI, and building a high-performing risk team.

Build and maintain scalable backend services for Mintos’s investment and payment infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing APIs and integrations, developing Java and Spring Boot microservices, implementing event-driven systems, ensuring reliability and performance, maintaining service APIs, and improving observability and developer experience. The role involves collaboration with engineering, product design, and product management teams in an agile environment.

Manage a global pipeline of lending-company partnerships, expand into new countries, identify and engage prospects, communicate Mintos’ value proposition, build C-level relationships, and structure scalable partnership terms. The role requires strong business development or sales experience, ideally in non-bank lending, excellent communication, English proficiency, and knowledge of loan origination or corporate finance.
