Develop and maintain native Android apps across Mintos products, deliver new features, improve UX and performance, contribute shared components, write tested code, participate in code reviews, and help evolve CI/CD and release processes.

Perform AML quality assurance reviews across EDD/CDD, transaction monitoring and customer screening. Identify control deficiencies, recommend mitigations, follow up remediation, prepare QA reports, advise stakeholders on AML/CTF regulations, support AML process implementation, and use data and AI tools to refine controls.

Support the Accounting team by recording and verifying source documents, communicating with vendors when needed, assisting monthly and annual report preparation (including Bank of Latvia reports), and providing daily accounting support while learning accounting processes.
