Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, customer research, and end-to-end launches for Mintos investment products. Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams to translate complex investment mechanics into clear, trustworthy, regulator-friendly communications. Use customer and market insights to influence product roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen the product marketing function across European markets.

Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth European investors, identify and onboard new clients, present investment products, maintain CRM records, support verification, and ensure clients remain engaged. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

Design, build, test, monitor, and maintain AI-enabled automation solutions using no-code, low-code, scripting, APIs, and cloud platforms. Analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical workflows, develop integrations, prototype AI solutions, and ensure security, governance, reliability, and performance. Work with stakeholders across investor services, partnerships, marketing, risk, and compliance while growing from delivery ownership into end-to-end consulting and architecture responsibilities.
