Build and operate Java backend services powering investor workflows: implement event-driven integrations, ensure reliable message processing, design hexagonal services, write automated tests, contribute RFCs and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production features and monitoring.

Support the Accounting team by recording and verifying source documents, communicating with vendors when needed, assisting monthly and annual report preparation (including Bank of Latvia reports), and providing daily accounting support while learning accounting processes.

Manage and maintain AML controls including customer risk scoring, AML screening configuration, and ML/TF and sanctions risk assessments. Coordinate cross-functional AML projects, support audits and counterparty requests, and drive process improvements through data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
