Perform due diligence, initial credit and financial analyses of loan originators; monitor portfolio performance and early warning signals; support prospectus updates, ad-hoc analyses, and cross-team customer due diligence. Contribute to deal structuring and support decision-making for inclusion of lending companies on the marketplace, with international coverage.

Lead and build a company-wide data function: define data strategy, governance, and unified client data model; enable analytics (segmentation, attribution, experimentation, churn); collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, AML, Partnerships, and Engineering; hire and develop analytics teams; define tooling, budget, and operating model to drive evidence-based decisions.

Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for natural and legal persons, assess source of funds/wealth, analyze ownership structures and adverse media across jurisdictions, make documented risk-based decisions, communicate with investors and stakeholders, maintain EDD procedures and quality standards, and stay current on AML/CTF regulations and typologies.
