Maintain and develop community gardens using natural, chemical-free techniques; provide high-quality customer service to residents. Perform physical gardening tasks, plant care, and grounds upkeep. Follow safe work practices, use supplied PPE and tools, drive a small manual truck, and engage in training/apprenticeship opportunities.

The National Wellness Manager is responsible for enhancing wellness practices across communities, supporting teams, and improving resident experiences in aged care settings.

Provide person-centered support for older residents including personal care, encouraging independence, observing and documenting health conditions, and participating in ongoing training. Work as part of a team to support residents' eating, rest, movement, communication, and activities on rostered shifts.
