Company Description

Nau mai ki te roopu Arvida | Welcome to Arvida

At Arvida, we create communities with freedom to thrive.

We develop and operate communities that provide independent living and aged care services to older New Zealanders - with a resident-led approach. Each day, our interactions with our team and residents are guided by three values: Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way.

Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

Looking for a senior sales role where you can make a real impact across New Zealand? Arvida is seeking a highly experienced sales professional to strengthen sales performance and help our teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a national role for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems and working alongside teams to accelerate results.

You will be deployed into priority communities where additional sales expertise or capacity is needed — from underperforming communities and vacant sales positions to new developments, major launches and periods of elevated activity. Working alongside Sales Managers and community leaders, you will diagnose challenges, improve pipeline movement and strengthen sales disciplines.

You may coach and troubleshoot alongside a Sales Manager, step into hands-on sales delivery or temporary cover, and support complex opportunities, open days, prospect appointments and other priority conversion activity.

Success in this role comes from your ability to quickly build trust, understand what is getting in the way of performance and turn insight into practical action. You will combine strong commercial judgement with relationship-led selling, confident coaching and disciplined use of pipeline, forecasting and CRM tools.

You will help embed Arvida’s sales methodology and customer experience standards, role model and share successful practices across our network, and provide valuable insights to sales leadership.

This is a full time role working five days, including weekend days where needed to support open homes, tours, and other community-based activities that can happen any day of the week.
