Serve as the company’s first full-time marketer, owning growth channels including SEO/AEO, paid search and social, lifecycle email, website conversion, product launches, sponsorships, and events. Work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to turn creative concepts into campaigns, execute hands-on, analyze channel performance, and build compounding demand-generation systems for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.

The Marketing Manager will lead acquisition, growth campaigns, and brand positioning, focusing on building Artisan's market presence in AI and sales-tech.

Foundational GTM hire owning outbound pipeline generation. Cold call prospects, respond to inbound leads quickly, and book qualified meetings for AEs. Carry a meetings-held quota, work with product to improve the AI BDR (Ava), and operate as the sole human BDR on the team.

Deploy and architect Artisan’s AI GTM solution for large enterprise customers: design GTM systems, intent signals, governance, CRM integrations, rollout strategy, and own account pipeline and outcomes while navigating security, procurement, and org politics.
