Act as the technical bridge between Artisan and strategic customers, ensuring successful implementation and maximum value from the AI product, Ava. Responsibilities include engineering customer-specific features, managing integrations, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will build and maintain systems for AI agent behaviors, integrate applications, and ensure reliability and user feedback mechanisms.

The Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrate APIs, support ML teams, and optimize data systems for performance and reliability.
