Build relationships, run trainings, ensure compliance and reporting, drive promotional strategies to boost membership engagement and charitable revenue, and provide ongoing client support.

Manage recruiting operations and new-hire onboarding while actively sourcing candidates for field, office, and manufacturing roles. Administer offers, pre-employment checks, ATS records, orientation, and compliance. Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and targeted outreach. Serve as recruiting backup to maintain requisitions and candidate flow.

Ensure the company complies with gaming regulations by monitoring risks, providing guidance and training, integrating affiliate compliance, distributing materials, conducting investigations, and advising stakeholders while collaborating on compliance projects.

Support FP&A for the eGaming business through budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, executive reporting, ROI and capital analyses, M&A integration, and cross-functional financial projects to improve reporting and decision-making.

Support the eGaming business with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, CIP inventory, intercompany accounting, audit support, financial reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.

Lead the consolidated monthly close, supervise accounting staff, review journal entries and reconciliations, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, drive process improvements and automation, support audit readiness, use OneStream or similar tools, participate in inventory counts, and collaborate on cross-functional accounting initiatives.

Process and post customer payments, reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, prepare daily cash sheets, handle credit card transactions, resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and internal teams, support collections and audit recordkeeping, document processes, and assist the Director of Shared Services.

Manage relationships with assigned organizations to design and deploy promotional schedules that drive retention and activity. Serve as main contact for clients and internal teams, develop promotions and marketing strategies, ensure legal compliance and satisfaction, support deployments, identify risks/opportunities, and improve processes while managing timelines and budgets.
