Supervise electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations and 10+ hourly associates. Process and reconcile biweekly payroll using Paylocity; audit timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and accruals; respond to payroll inquiries; support HRIS and tax/jurisdiction updates; prepare payroll reports and perform periodic audits.

Sell and deliver bingo products, service customers, support sales reps and meet revenue goals. Perform route coverage, lifting and physical tasks, drive company vehicle, complete DOT physical and background/drug screens, and work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.

Develop new business and maintain existing accounts for Arrow’s eGaming products. Build relationships with veteran, fraternal, and charitable organizations; present tailored solutions; drive charitable revenue and member engagement; train clients on compliant gaming operations; build trust; and provide guidance on reporting, regulations, and gaming performance. The role is primarily new-business sales and includes independent territory management, client communication, and travel reimbursement.

Enter and verify customer orders in AS400 and Lansa; manage order changes, returns (ROs) via Salesforce; coordinate with sales, shipping, inventory and production to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain accurate order records and data integrity.

Operate, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laminator machinery to meet production and quality standards. Inspect laminated products for adhesion, registration, and defects; perform minor repairs; assist in training new operators; follow safety, housekeeping, and company policies; and handle material loading/unloading and other assigned duties.

Integrate, install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic gaming systems (hardware, software, firmware). Perform on-site surveys, configuration, and training; coordinate with product support and engineering, comply with state regulations, and provide after-hours on-call support as needed.

Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support for print and converting operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to improve OEE, throughput, yield, changeover times, and reduce waste. Develop process standards, work instructions, control plans, and support SPC, process validation, and root cause analysis. Identify automation opportunities, partner with Controls/Automation, integrate new equipment, and support production data collection and OEE monitoring across high-mix print, die cutting, collating, and finishing operations.

Develops and executes test plans/scripts for gaming products, tracks and reproduces defects, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, interfaces with development, leads SQA meetings, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to process improvements and project reporting.

Lead daily packing operations, assign and coach team members, ensure production schedules, quality, labeling, and safety standards are met, coordinate with planning/maintenance/quality, track performance and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Process eTab equipment orders, verify charitable gaming licenses, coordinate fulfillment and installations, generate invoices, support accounts payable and month-end close, maintain audit-ready records for Indiana Gaming Commission compliance, and provide customer service to veteran and fraternal organizations.

Sell Arrow Internationals charitable gaming products to veteran and fraternal organizations; generate new business (80%) and maintain accounts (20%). Build relationships, run trainings, ensure compliance and reporting, drive promotional strategies to boost membership engagement and charitable revenue, and provide ongoing client support.

Process and post daily customer payments, manage billing and collections for electronic usage, track usage data in Excel, handle credits and invoice reprints, follow AR procedures and internal controls, provide administrative and phone support, and perform other assigned accounting duties.

Manage recruiting operations and new-hire onboarding while actively sourcing candidates for field, office, and manufacturing roles. Administer offers, pre-employment checks, ATS records, orientation, and compliance. Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and targeted outreach. Serve as recruiting backup to maintain requisitions and candidate flow.

Manage relationships with assigned organizations to design and deploy promotional schedules that drive retention and activity. Serve as primary contact between clients and Arrow, coordinate with sales and e-gaming leadership, ensure legal compliance, support new deployments, track timelines, identify risks/opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and marketing/CRM initiatives.

Lead day-to-day production of multiple game development projects from concept to release. Build schedules and roadmaps, manage cross-functional priorities, identify risks and blockers, coordinate sprint planning and release readiness, track project health, and improve production processes to deliver high-quality games predictably.

Lead development and execution of a retail loyalty/rewards program to increase visitation and retention. Design reward promotions, monthly/quarterly prize programs, analyze customer data for insights, collaborate cross-functionally, measure program effectiveness, and manage a marketing team to optimize engagement.

Serve as a strategic partner to the President, drive execution of priorities, capture and follow up on meeting action items, manage executive communications and logistics, prepare materials for leadership and Board meetings, handle confidential matters, support special projects, and build/lead a small executive support team over time.

Provide employment law advice and representation, draft and negotiate employment agreements, ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, handle litigation and administrative hearings, conduct HR due diligence and workplace investigations, and develop policies and procedures.
