Supervise electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations and 10+ hourly associates. Assign production work, meet quality and output goals, manage inventory and equipment returns, maintain serial tracking, enforce safety and documented processes, and drive 5S/6S continuous improvement. Lead coaching, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and cross-training while supporting inventory accuracy and hands-on production needs.

Manage relationships with organization leaders and serve as the primary contact between clients and Arrow International. Develop and implement promotional schedules, marketing strategies, and engagement offers within budget and legal constraints. Coordinate deployments, timelines, and schedules across multiple organizations; resolve issues, support process improvements, and identify risks and opportunities. The role requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and interest in marketing, content, CRM operations, and gaming KPIs.

Process and reconcile biweekly payroll using Paylocity; audit timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and accruals; respond to payroll inquiries; support HRIS and tax/jurisdiction updates; prepare payroll reports and perform periodic audits.
