Manage relationships with organization leaders across an assigned eGaming market. Develop and implement promotional schedules, strategies, and engagement offers while coordinating with sales and eGaming teams. Serve as the primary organizational contact, support new deployments, manage budgets and timelines, ensure promotional compliance, resolve issues, and identify deployment opportunities. The role also contributes to process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Provides front-office and sales administration support, including answering phones, taking customer orders, responding to customers, forwarding invoices, preparing promotional and online materials, assisting with bookkeeping and sales reports, and coordinating with sales, management, and warehouse teams.

Assist with setting up and feeding offset presses by changing plates, loading paper stock, mixing inks, cleaning and lubricating press components, and monitoring print quality. Identify equipment or material defects, follow safety procedures, maintain an orderly work area, and support process improvements. The role requires standing throughout shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, attention to color accuracy, and availability for overtime.
