As a Luxury Scent Consultant, you will drive sales, engage with customers, close high-value deals, and utilize Salesforce for managing leads and sales pipelining.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across sales, retail, corporate, operations, customer service, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, maintain ATS records and talent pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruiting metrics, ensure compliance, and support employer branding and recruiting events.

The Luxury Scent Consultant drives high-value sales, enhances customer engagement, manages contracts, and collaborates with team members to achieve goals.

Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, present premium scenting solutions, manage pipeline in Salesforce, close 36-month agreements, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced inside sales call center.
