Drive high-ticket retail sales by proactively engaging customers, leveraging product knowledge, and closing large paid-in-full deals and contracts. Manage leads and pipeline in Salesforce, maintain merchandising standards, collaborate with the team, and adapt to evolving sales strategies to exceed targets.

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, making high-volume outbound calls and handling inbound leads. Qualify prospects, educate on scenting solutions, schedule appointments for consultants, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), follow up via calls/emails/text, and meet activity and appointment-setting goals.

As a Luxury Scent Consultant, you will drive sales, engage with customers, close high-value deals, and utilize Salesforce for managing leads and sales pipelining.
