Design and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems for prefabricated homes. Produce permit and Title 24 compliance documentation, manage HERS coordination, respond to RFIs, support code compliance, review submittals, specify materials, and coordinate with architecture, manufacturing, procurement, and field teams. Regular travel to the Sacramento plant and South Bay job sites is required.

Executes daily procurement operations, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, inventory replenishment, ERP data maintenance, order expediting, vendor onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution. Partners with plant, operations, design, quality, and site teams to ensure material availability, compliance, and alignment with production schedules. Identifies supply risks and supports process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Serve as Aro Homes’ field engineering lead across active residential construction sites. Resolve architectural, structural, and MEPF issues; create Bluebeam redlines; correct BOMs and work orders; update field installation drawings and kits; route complex issues to discipline owners; and ensure fixes are implemented across affected homes. The role requires daily site presence, support during module assembly, and converting recurring field problems into product and engineering improvements.

Serves as the engineering representative on a modular-home manufacturing floor. Diagnoses production issues across architectural, structural, and MEPF documentation; updates Bluebeam redlines, BOMs, work orders, cut lists, and shop documents; propagates corrections; identifies root causes; coordinates with discipline owners, QA, process engineering, and procurement; and converts recurring issues into engineering change requests.

The Director of Finance will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, variance analysis, and project profitability reporting for a residential development company. Responsibilities include building financial operating models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure; maintaining data integrity; tracking acquisitions, construction costs, capital, inventory, sales, margins, and overhead; and partnering with executive, development, construction, accounting, and capital markets teams.
