Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, collaborating with teams, and managing risks to ensure timely project completion.

Support acquisition growth across the Bay Area by researching jurisdictions, evaluating zoning and feasibility, generating leads, building realtor relationships, conducting outreach and market analysis, assisting with underwriting and due diligence, and coordinating with acquisition, permitting, design, and construction teams.

The Development Manager will oversee land development processes, manage third-party consultants, secure permits, and coordinate with utilities and municipalities to expedite construction projects.
