Drive parts, labor, and equipment sales while serving as the primary customer liaison for construction equipment support. Responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, coordinating service jobs, monitoring work-in-progress, updating estimates and schedules, cold-calling prospects, preparing reports, and mentoring technicians. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with machinery repair and inventory management knowledge.

Sell and promote compact construction equipment to new and existing customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, product demonstrations, quoting, closing deals, maintaining customer accounts, providing post-sale support and financing guidance, tracking equipment ownership, collecting payments, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Provides reception and office administrative support, including answering calls, greeting customers, processing invoices and payments, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, submitting payroll and financial transactions, maintaining files, processing sales and rental documents, supporting the parts counter, and assisting sales representatives.
