The role requires strong software engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and end-to-end ownership.

Own applied AI models powering Arlo’s smart vision products, including computer vision, vision-language, retrieval, and agent systems. Responsibilities span model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, data curation, embeddings, vector search, inference optimization, production deployment, and telemetry. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and end-to-end ownership of scalable AI features across edge and cloud environments.

Analyze social media and review data to identify sentiment trends, root causes, and customer experience issues. Ships production code, tests, CI, and operational systems while driving adoption across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications. Requires deep experience with lakehouse architecture, heterogeneous data integration, AWS, enterprise data modeling, AI/LLM systems, and platform ownership.

Hardware/Electrical Engineer responsible for reviewing schematics, PCB layouts, supplier test results, and component evaluations. Performs manual and automated product testing involving battery systems, EMI, power consumption, and functionality. Uses bench equipment and Python test scripts, investigates root causes, proposes fixes, and prepares clear test reports. The role is primarily laboratory-based and requires collaboration with engineering teams and overseas suppliers.

Characterize and validate motion sensing performance (mmWave radar, PIR), develop repeatable test methods and tools, diagnose root causes, tune detection/tracking, collaborate with firmware, ODMs and compliance, and support factory validation and reporting.

Lead device development from kickoff to mass production for video surveillance and IoT products. Manage schedules, BOMs, ODMs, cross-functional engineering (HW/FW/SW/Mech/RF), regulatory certification, testing, sample distribution, sustaining activities, and provide technical support and process improvements. Occasional travel to Asia for factory support.
