The International Tax Manager at Arlo will oversee tax operations across international entities, prepare tax provisions, and manage transfer pricing documentation while collaborating with finance and accounting teams.

Own end-to-end cost accounting covering standard costing, inventory reserves, period cost reporting, reconciliations, and management presentations. Partner with Operations, FP&A, and external audit; lead cost allocations, controls, and automation initiatives; may manage and mentor Cost Accountant(s).

Characterize and validate motion sensing performance (mmWave radar, PIR), develop repeatable test methods and tools, diagnose root causes, tune detection/tracking, collaborate with firmware, ODMs and compliance, and support factory validation and reporting.
