Analyze social media and review data to identify sentiment trends, root causes, and customer experience issues. Model the financial impact of poor experiences on sales, returns, churn, and subscription renewals. Build dashboards and executive presentations, recommend improvement investments, and track initiative outcomes. Support customer responses on social channels while partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care to improve satisfaction and brand reputation.

Provides broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, manager coaching, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, Workday data integrity, compliance, benefits and policy support. Coordinates employee engagement events, supports global HR programs, conducts reporting and data analysis, and contributes to audits, compensation cycles, process improvements, and workplace culture initiatives.

Maintain product and service requirements, item masters, BOMs, change orders, NPI deliverables, and project records in AgileCM and related systems. Review engineering changes for completeness, track project and change status, generate reports and metrics, support product council meetings, and coordinate data and documentation across engineering, marketing, compliance, QA, and suppliers. The role also provides AgileCM user training and ensures product data complies with internal controls and audit requirements.
