Characterize and validate motion sensing performance (mmWave radar, PIR), develop repeatable test methods and tools, diagnose root causes, tune detection/tracking, collaborate with firmware, ODMs and compliance, and support factory validation and reporting.

Serve as senior technical partner contact to drive adoption of the Arlo Partner Platform. Investigate and resolve complex issues across APIs, services, firmware, and environments. Build partner-facing tools, dashboards, and portals; apply AI/automation to improve enablement and reduce manual effort. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver platform improvements, reliability, and documentation enhancements.

Lead growth-focused product insights and experimentation for subscriptions: analyze customer journeys, define activation and health signals, design and run experiments, translate results into product recommendations, build dashboards and instrumentation, and partner cross-functionally to optimize conversion, retention, and revenue. Fixed-term (1 year).
