Conduct investigative background checks for licensure applicants, review and analyze applications, request clarifications, develop recommendations, testify at hearings, interview applicants, manage cases to ensure timely processing, and help develop program policies and procedures.

Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of court information systems. Develop technical solutions, write documentation, perform testing, lead requirements sessions, process XML messages, and provide end-user training and support.

Lead network engineer responsible for maintaining statewide LAN/WAN availability and wireless connectivity. Serves as escalation lead for field installs, configures Sophos and Cisco networking/security equipment, assists cabling projects, creates network documentation and diagrams, mentors other engineers, and supports off-shift hours and in-state travel as needed.

Support statewide reporting by collecting, validating, and maintaining statistical and survey data; process datasets in SAS; develop and test reports, dashboards, and data-entry interfaces; assist courts with reporting and training; handle data requests and contribute to analysis, documentation, and mentoring under senior analysts' direction.

Serve as liaison between juvenile probation business partners and vendor during statewide juvenile case management rollout. Support project planning, business process definition, data conversion, UAT coordination, test plan/case development, training curriculum/materials creation, delivery of training, and ongoing application support for JOLTSaz, SWID, and AZYAS. Provide user support, mentoring, and participate in user groups and workgroups, including travel to rural county probation departments.

Lead technical and business/systems analysis for statewide court case management (AJACS). Develop requirements, technical design specs, data and business logic documentation, ensure data quality, QA, and system integrity across Dev/Test/Prod while collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and QA.

Conduct business process and systems analysis for statewide case management systems. Elicit and document requirements, create functional specifications and acceptance criteria, implement standardized workflows, support system configuration, conversions, interfaces, reports, and coordinate with Systems Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Provide administrative support to the Education Services Division and Division Director, managing files, budgets, travel, purchase orders, correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and COJET records. Coordinate interviews, appointment packets, and special projects; serve as a liaison across court staff and the public; develop and implement support procedures.

Supports CFO, division directors, and program managers with budget preparation, forecasting, monitoring, auditing, and financial reporting. Analyzes fiscal impacts of legislation, reconciles county financial reports, develops budget policies, assists with grant/budget modifications, and provides technical assistance, training, and performance measures to improve cost-effectiveness of court programs.
