Conduct investigative background checks for licensure applicants, review and analyze applications, request clarifications, develop recommendations, testify at hearings, interview applicants, manage cases to ensure timely processing, and help develop program policies and procedures.

Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of court information systems. Develop technical solutions, write documentation, perform testing, lead requirements sessions, process XML messages, and provide end-user training and support.

Manage and coordinate the Debt Setoff (DSO) program: review and apply payments, develop and deliver training, maintain program manuals, monitor activity, produce reports, support TIP and NPRS applications, and assist with financial reporting and special projects.
