Manage investigations of complaints against licensed/certified professionals and unlicensed practice from intake through disposition. Conduct investigations, analyze evidence, prepare reports and charging documents, present findings to boards, testify at hearings, coordinate with in-house and Attorney General counsel, recommend case resolutions, respond to public and court inquiries, and assist with policy, procedure, and training development.

Performs operational reviews of Arizona adult probation departments statewide, auditing compliance with statutes, orders, funding agreements and caseload reports. Verifies financial/accounting systems, prepares written reports with findings and corrective actions, provides technical assistance, presents findings, and follows up to ensure corrective plans are completed. Requires independent analysis of statistical data and compliance with evidence-based practices.

Provide program and administrative support for the statewide CORP program and Human Resources: prepare board meeting materials and minutes, maintain membership databases and SharePoint sites, track pre-employment exams, coordinate with county HR and PSPRS, assist with elections, audits, training events, job postings, and other HR duties as assigned.
