Manage HR responsibilities including training, conflict resolution, compliance, and performance management while supporting workforce strategy and employee relations.

Process and validate daily truck manifests and routes, research orders in Storis, update route trackers, submit acknowledgements to hubs, handle Salesforce cases and escalations, communicate changes with stores and warehouse partners, and follow SOPs to ensure timely, accurate shipping while maintaining high customer service and operational efficiency.
