Leads purchasing and supply chain activities across sourcing, supplier management, inventory, material planning, and purchasing. Oversees supplier performance, material availability, inventory health, KPIs, issue resolution, and cost-reduction initiatives. Provides guidance to buyers, coordinates with operations and logistics teams, resolves shortages and quality concerns, supports sourcing and negotiations, and presents performance updates to management in a manufacturing environment.

Develops and manages seasonal product assortments from concept through launch. Partners with product development, merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing, quality control, web, and vendors to expand assortment opportunities, ensure product and packaging compliance, maintain accurate product information, resolve quality concerns, and support timely website and store launches. Oversees seasonal assortment plans while managing product specifications, purchase orders, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication.

Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for Client Services, develop and maintain learning content using adult learning principles and authoring tools, conduct new-hire onboarding, coach and mentor employees, collaborate with SMEs, assess training effectiveness, and recommend program improvements.
