Teams at Arhaus

Sews fabric and leather furniture pieces using industrial sewing equipment, following specifications and quality standards. Produces accurate seams and straight stitches, prevents skipped stitches, inspects materials for flaws and color accuracy, and meets production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, independent work, PPE compliance, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Maintain showroom visual standards and create engaging product displays for the Arhaus brand. Manage weekly store transfers, coordinate with management, and help maintain satisfactory inventory levels. The role requires creative merchandising skills, knowledge of faux finishing and specialty painting, floor-plan experience, computer literacy, and the ability to move furniture, use building tools, work on ladders, travel as needed, and work extended hours.

Serves as the functional expert for end-to-end product lifecycle processes across merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing, and product development. Identifies improvement opportunities, documents workflows, develops future-state processes, and uses data and KPIs to measure results. Leads cross-functional process improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, communications, training, change adoption, and post-implementation monitoring.
