Provide exceptional in-store guest experience, meet monthly sales and productivity goals, use company selling model to close sales, assist with space planning, maintain guest book and follow-up, resolve guest concerns, perform opening/closing duties, and collaborate with store team while adhering to company policies.

Provide store-level operational support to Interior Designers and studio staff, drive sales through the selling model, deliver exceptional guest service, maintain merchandising, inventory and tagging standards, ensure order accuracy and compliance, handle opening/closing duties, and perform client scheduling and follow-up.

Manage end-to-end paid social, display, and video campaigns, focusing on strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to drive profitable growth.
