Maintain showroom visual standards and create compelling product displays. Manage weekly store transfers and inventory levels, collaborate with management, perform faux finishing/specialty painting, create floor plans, operate tools and ladders, move furniture, and work flexible hours with occasional travel. Use intermediate computer skills for related tasks.

Provide store-level operational support to Interior Designers and studio staff, drive sales through the selling model, deliver exceptional guest service, maintain merchandising, inventory and tagging standards, ensure order accuracy and compliance, handle opening/closing duties, and perform client scheduling and follow-up.

Manage end-to-end paid social, display, and video campaigns, focusing on strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to drive profitable growth.
