Supports daily eCommerce operations and customer service by processing website orders, returns, exchanges, adjustments, cancellations, and custom orders. Contacts customers regarding deliveries, balances, order changes, and issue resolution. Reviews orders for accuracy and fraud, prepares documentation, assists with collections and product delays, and collaborates with logistics, sales, product, client services, and management. The hybrid role requires weekend availability, computer proficiency, and occasional lifting under 25 pounds.

Leads an onsite client services call center team by coaching agents, monitoring performance and quality, handling escalated customer issues, managing workflows and schedules, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and implementing service improvements. Partners with department leadership to optimize customer experience, resolve operational issues, and achieve service KPIs.

Tracks and ships UPS packages and parts orders, follows up on delayed or missing items, prepares packages, updates shipping information, provides reports to Customer Service and Purchasing, and maintains an organized work area. The role requires computer and email use, attention to detail, physical lifting and standing, reliable transportation, and availability for weekends and overtime.
