Leads technical pre-sales engagements by identifying customer needs, designing platform engineering solutions, supporting sales conversations, developing BOMs and SOWs, estimating implementation effort, and coordinating service delivery transitions. Provides thought leadership across DevOps, cloud-native platforms, infrastructure automation, observability, APIs, security, and governance. Builds customer and partner relationships, identifies cross-selling opportunities, mentors engineering teams, and contributes to organizational innovation and knowledge sharing.

Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support business automation solutions across application and platform layers. Analyze and improve business processes, select appropriate technologies, integrate APIs and microservices, troubleshoot deployed solutions, and apply secure development, logging, and testing practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle, provide automation guidance, use Agile and Scrum methodologies, and manage multiple short- and long-term projects.

Manage multiple medium- to large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, quality, and client communications. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and maintain PMO documentation and standards. Track KPIs, manage contractors and contractual obligations, provide executive reporting, and contribute to PMO process improvements.
