Lead and transform enterprise IT operations across cloud, on-premises, networking, and end-user services. Define IT strategy and architecture, ensure service reliability and disaster recovery, manage cloud and SaaS platforms, implement ITSM practices, drive automation and cost optimization, lead a distributed engineering team, manage vendor contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while partnering with Security and business stakeholders.

Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and PaaS/IaaS services. Maintain availability, automation, CI/CD pipelines, identity integration (Entra ID/Okta), security hardening, monitoring, cost optimization, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with dev, security, and operations teams to ensure compliant, resilient cloud-native application platforms and runbooks.

Monitor and analyze network and infrastructure systems, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, maintain documentation, collaborate with engineers on monitoring and automation, support customers, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure service stability and performance.
