Leads the Sales Operations team and supports sales leaders through process optimization, CRM management, quotation and order processing, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The role owns improvements across sales tools including HubSpot, Aviso, ConnectWise, and NetSuite, drives operational efficiency, provides leadership insights, and develops sales enablement programs.

Build and lead SRE practices across application teams, establishing SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, production-readiness standards, release gates, and incident follow-through. Configure Dynatrace reliability monitoring, ServiceNow alerting, CI/CD checks, synthetic testing, dashboards, and rollback strategies. Guide teams through reliability-focused delivery waves, on-call support, blameless reviews, and DORA reporting while developing reusable templates and golden paths. Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to drive adoption, communicate outcomes, and improve operational resilience.

Lead SRE enablement across application teams by establishing SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, production-readiness checks, release gates, observability practices, and incident follow-through. Build Dynatrace reliability frameworks, integrate alerting with ServiceNow, support CI/CD and blue-green releases, report DORA metrics, participate in on-call, conduct blameless reviews, and establish standardized SRE practices through a Center of Excellence.
