Leads organizational change management for IT, technology, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing change impacts, developing change, communications, training, sponsor engagement, reinforcement, and resistance management plans, conducting readiness assessments, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting adoption. The role partners with project teams and business leaders across Agile and Waterfall environments and requires daily onsite presence in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Portal, SPM, and custom applications. Build REST-based integrations using JavaScript, JSON, XML, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub. Manage SSO, MID Server, Flow Designer, workflows, CMDB quality, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Provide platform troubleshooting and L2/L3 support while contributing to code reviews, releases, upgrades, and cross-functional requirements gathering.

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across Discovery, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, custom applications, integrations, and platform governance. Build workflows and automation, maintain CMDB quality, support asset processes and enterprise integrations, participate in upgrades and incident resolution, and mentor junior developers. Lead technical design, code reviews, estimation, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
