Lead business development for the Energy Business Unit, identifying opportunities across Energy Transition, Environmental Projects and Oil & Gas. Support market analysis, client engagement, tendering, commercial negotiations, bid strategy, and cross-functional handover to execution teams while developing business plans and monitoring market/regulatory trends.

Lead HSE Engineer responsible for implementing HSE programs and compliance with ADNOC standards on an Oil & Gas EPC site in Abu Dhabi. Lead HSE team, manage SSOW/PTW, conduct audits and incident investigations, develop HSE and emergency response plans, assess H2S risks, and ensure strong communication and behavioral safety practices.

Review E&I tender documents (ITT, specs, drawings), define scope and technical risks, prepare clarifications and queries, develop detailed cost estimates and unit rate build-ups, support technical and commercial tender submissions, and maintain estimation records and cost databases for oil & gas EPC projects.

Administer and optimize Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune); manage security (Microsoft Defender, Entra ID), provide second-level support, perform migrations, monitoring, backups, patching, documentation, and automation using PowerShell and Azure Automation while collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams.

Manage sourcing, vendor selection, bidding, and purchasing for electrical packages in EPC projects. Prepare ITBs, evaluate and benchmark bids, maintain procurement plans, coordinate technical and commercial clarifications, and recommend technically acceptable suppliers to support project execution and tender preparation.

Lead design and engineering of static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, piping) for an Oil & Gas EPC project. Review/approve calculations and drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage vendors, ensure QA/QC, participate in HAZOPs and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality.

Develop, optimize and maintain processes on a low-code platform; design and implement new features; troubleshoot and resolve software issues; write clean, documented code; collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to align functionality with business needs.

Perform mechanical technical office duties: site surveys, quantity takeoffs, scope and cost estimates, purchase requisitions, material submittals, shop drawings, mechanical calculations, standards compliance, procurement coordination, and provide technical support to site teams.

Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation work, review drawings and datasheets, coordinate contractors and disciplines, ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance, monitor progress and prepare site reports, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover activities.

Manage and secure the Group's global network and IP telephony (CUCM) infrastructure: maintain routers, switches, firewalls and VLANs; troubleshoot SIP/RTP/QoS and telephony performance; monitor device/telephony health and SIEM; manage vendors/SLA; maintain access/accounts; and support VoIP/ISE/telephony migration projects.

Lead delivery of large-scale marine EPC projects (quay walls), managing budgets, schedules, risk, contracts, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure QHSE compliance, client relationship management, resource planning, and timely on-budget project execution across international sites.

Prepare and maintain project budgets, CBS/WBS, and EVM analyses. Track actuals, forecast manhours and costs, support claims/variations, produce cost reports, liaise with stakeholders and support billing and close-out.

Implement and maintain Contractor Quality Control for mechanical works on a large EPC project. Review shop drawings and submittals, manage HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and lifting quality activities, coordinate testing/commissioning and handover, and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IMC/IPC, SMACNA, EM 385-1-1, UFC/USACE).

Prepare detailed onshore and offshore pipeline designs, drawings, and layouts using CAD/3D tools. Support route selection, material take-offs, vendor drawing reviews, clash checks, HAZOP/HAZID and as-built documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry codes.

Lead project-level QA/QC for a large civil construction project: manage QC team and third-party inspectors, implement Project Quality Plan and IMS, prepare ITPs/method statements, perform audits and corrective actions, monitor quality performance and calibration, liaise with stakeholders, and support final handover and quality dossiers.

Develop and maintain baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning; monitor progress; perform delay and schedule risk analysis; prepare claims, reports and budget inputs; liaise with project teams and Project Controls Manager to identify deviations and advise on impacts.

Lead procurement and management of subcontracts for EPC projects: source bidders, draft and negotiate agreements, manage post-award activities, monitor subcontractor performance, handle variations and claims, coordinate cross-functional requirements, maintain records, and ensure delivery per time, cost and quality requirements.

Manage sourcing and tendering for assigned packages: identify bidders, issue ITBs, coordinate supplier pre-assessments, collect and evaluate bids (commercial, schedule, technical), maintain tender plans, lead supplier clarifications, perform price benchmarking and make recommendations for technically acceptable offers.

Lead Planner prepares and maintains baseline and revised EPC project schedules, monitors progress, performs delay and schedule risk analysis, supports claims and EOT preparation, produces reports, coordinates with project teams and attends site meetings to record changes and impacts on overall schedule.
