Plan, supervise and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for factory machinery. Monitor production performance, troubleshoot mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, maintain spare parts, lead maintenance teams, ensure HSE and quality compliance, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement to maximize equipment reliability and productivity.

Lead QC for Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom works on EPC projects: prepare and review quality documentation and ITPs, monitor implementation of method statements, manage inspections and testing, supervise QC inspectors, ensure calibration of instruments, liaise with 3rd-party inspectors, analyze test data, maintain records, raise and close non-conformances, assist audits and commissioning.

Lead HSE Engineer responsible for implementing HSE programs and ensuring ADNOC regulatory compliance on a major Abu Dhabi oil & gas EPC project. Duties include leading HSE teams, developing HSE and emergency response plans, conducting audits, managing permit-to-work and risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis, and H2S hazard control. Strong leadership, communication, and multicultural team management required.

Lead HSE Engineer with ADNOC approval to implement and manage HSE programs on an Oil & Gas EPC site in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include leading HSE team, managing HSE management systems, audits, SSOW/permit-to-work, emergency response planning, incident investigation/root cause analysis, H2S hazard control, and stakeholder communication.

Support equipment installation on an Oil & Gas EPC site by reviewing GA/P&ID/vendor drawings and specs, preparing technical submittals/RFIs/TQs, coordinating with engineering/QA/procurement/construction, ensuring compliance with ADNOC/API/ASME/ISO/OEM requirements, supporting commissioning/mechanical completion and as-built handover.

Support implementation of HSE programs on a major ADNOC oil & gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi. Deliver inductions and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, maintain audits/inspections schedule, advise on corrective actions, support subcontractor compliance, and assist the HSE Manager and junior HSE staff.

Lead and coordinate all project controls activities for large EPC oil & gas projects in UAE. Manage scheduling, resource-loaded planning, cost control, invoicing, subcontractor cost oversight, risk management, reporting, and team development to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, contractual and quality requirements while supporting stakeholder relations and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain baseline and revised schedules for all EPC phases; coordinate schedule updates and progress measurement with project teams; identify delays and impacts; support claims and extensions of time with delay analysis; assist Project Controls Manager with reporting, budgeting, and records; attend project meetings and document schedule changes; perform related planning duties.

Support E&I engineering and construction by preparing/reviewing method statements, MAR/MR, work packages, RFQs, and redline drawings; coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors and construction; conduct site surveys, calibration, verification, progress reporting, and prepare tie-in schedules to meet project deadlines.

Manage procurement for EPC projects via ERP: forecast demand, evaluate inventory, initiate RFQs, negotiate and award contracts, expedite supplies and subcontracts, drive cost reductions, and manage vendor relationships and performance reviews.

Manage end-to-end shipment execution for project cargo: obtain quotes, prepare import/export documentation, coordinate with sites, suppliers and freight providers, ensure customs compliance, maintain shipment visibility and records, recommend logistics costs, and drive continuous improvement within approved procedures.

Supervise electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations including cabling, instrumentation, equipment mounting and testing. Review drawings and datasheets, coordinate contractors and disciplines, enforce HSE and QA/QC, monitor progress, prepare site reports, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover. Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and commissioning activities required.

Create and maintain electrical and instrumentation CAD drawings and shop drawings to project drafting standards; manage drawing database; review subcontractor drafts; ensure timely delivery and quality, and propose drafting procedure improvements.

Supervise and execute mechanical site works for Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE and PTW systems. Coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, monitor progress, support QA/QC inspections, report on site activities, resolve technical issues, and support handover.
