Develops and manages piping test packages for oil and gas EPC projects. Reviews drawings and specifications, coordinates construction and QA/QC readiness, verifies welding and NDT completion, tracks test progress, closes punch items, submits documentation, supports mechanical completion, and resolves technical queries while ensuring ADNOC HSE compliance.

Maintains and controls technical handover documentation, completion dossiers, punch-list registers, red-line markups, and as-built records. Supports completion teams with documentation preparation, tracks submissions and punch sign-offs, and ensures accurate document distribution and version control. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical-records experience, familiarity with engineering numbering, P&IDs, vendor data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. EPC industry and completion-software experience are preferred.

Supervise and manage onshore and offshore lifting operations, equipment maintenance, inspections, load testing, certification, and critical lifting activities. Prepare lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safety analyses. Verify lifting team competency, ensure compliance with HSE policies and legislation, manage third-party inspections, attend project meetings, and support contract management. The role requires extensive oil and gas experience, mechanical engineering qualifications, LEEA training, and preferably ADNOC approval.

Leads the technical office team on ADNOC-related EPC and oil and gas projects. Reviews and approves technical submissions, ensures compliance with ADNOC standards and regulations, coordinates with project stakeholders, manages design changes and technical issues, oversees document control, reports technical progress, and supports procurement with compliant material selections.

Supports EPC project planning by preparing baseline and revised schedules, tracking progress, updating performance curves and KPIs, identifying schedule deviations, and supporting corrective actions. Produces weekly and monthly reports, assists with budgets, and maintains project planning records. The role requires engineering education, relevant EPC experience, construction-phase expertise, and strong analytical, reporting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Performs and supervises electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, maintenance, modification, commissioning, loop checking, calibration, and system handover. Ensures work complies with ADNOC PTW requirements, permits, drawings, method statements, JSAs, LOTO procedures, HSE rules, and quality standards. Coordinates with permit holders, operations, HSE, and other disciplines; conducts toolbox talks; verifies safety controls; monitors progress; and maintains work and inspection records.

Supervise on-site lifting operations for oil and gas construction projects, ensuring ADNOC, safety, regulatory, and project compliance. Manage lifting equipment inspections, lift plans, risk assessments, permits, documentation, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Lead riggers, crane operators, and lifting personnel while coordinating activities with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Provide operational status reports and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

Reviews electrical and instrumentation specifications, drawings, BOQs, ITPs, method statements, and testing requirements. Coordinates inspections, testing, commissioning, client and third-party activities, subcontractor audits, calibration, punch-list closure, NCRs, corrective actions, and final quality documentation. Ensures compliance with approved quality procedures and international electrical standards.

Reviews mechanical tender documents and designs, prepares estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, RFIs, and purchase requisitions. Evaluates vendor and subcontractor offers, reviews technical submittals, coordinates mechanical systems with other disciplines, and supports tendering and EPC project delivery for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.

Prepares and maintains EPC project baseline and revised schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and pre-commissioning. Reviews updates, monitors progress, identifies delays and deviations, supports delay analysis and extension-of-time claims, and contributes to budget preparation and weekly and monthly reporting. Coordinates with project teams and management, participates in schedule meetings, maintains planning records, and communicates schedule impacts.

Manages project controls for an oil and gas EPC project, including procedures, deliverables, procurement and subcontract registers, materials reconciliation, project records, scope changes, variations, claims, payment requests, cost estimates, cost centers, and budget monitoring. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, construction, quantity surveying, subcontractor, and project teams while maintaining reporting, contractual, financial, and project management controls.

Plans, supervises, and executes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for factory machinery and production lines. Troubleshoots mechanical failures, performs root cause analysis, manages spare parts and maintenance costs, coordinates maintenance teams, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Prepares performance reports and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant productivity, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for oil and gas EPC operations in accordance with ADNOC requirements. Develop HSE management systems, lead HSE professionals, conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, investigate incidents, coordinate with project teams and contractors, manage regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement. The role also promotes safety awareness through training, communication, and engagement while ensuring effective emergency response, permit-to-work, risk assessment, and HSE planning processes.

Supervise and execute mechanical site works for Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE and PTW systems. Coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, monitor progress, support QA/QC inspections, report on site activities, resolve technical issues, and support handover.

Develop and maintain baseline and revised EPC project schedules; monitor progress, perform delay and schedule risk analyses; prepare reports, support claims and extensions of time, and coordinate with project teams and Project Controls Manager.

Create and maintain electrical and instrumentation CAD drawings and shop drawings to project drafting standards; manage drawing database; review subcontractor drafts; ensure timely delivery and quality, and propose drafting procedure improvements.

Manage project scheduling, resource-loaded schedules, cost control, forecasting, variation pricing, claims and contract administration. Lead invoicing, risk and schedule risk analysis, reporting, and client/engineer stakeholder relationships while developing project controls team and continuous improvement.

Support tender development for international EPC projects: analyze specifications and drawings, prepare cost estimates, assist material/subcontract enquiries, evaluate quotations, develop direct cost estimates, prepare internal/external presentations, and help produce interfacing plans, DORs, and BOQ splits for JVs/consortia.
