Plans, supervises, and executes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for factory machinery and production lines. Troubleshoots mechanical failures, performs root cause analysis, manages spare parts and maintenance costs, coordinates maintenance teams, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Prepares performance reports and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant productivity, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for oil and gas EPC operations in accordance with ADNOC requirements. Develop HSE management systems, lead HSE professionals, conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, investigate incidents, coordinate with project teams and contractors, manage regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement. The role also promotes safety awareness through training, communication, and engagement while ensuring effective emergency response, permit-to-work, risk assessment, and HSE planning processes.

Supervise electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations including cabling, instrumentation, equipment mounting and testing. Review drawings and datasheets, coordinate contractors and disciplines, enforce HSE and QA/QC, monitor progress, prepare site reports, resolve technical issues, and support commissioning and handover. Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and commissioning activities required.

Supervise and execute mechanical site works for Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE and PTW systems. Coordinate contractors and multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, monitor progress, support QA/QC inspections, report on site activities, resolve technical issues, and support handover.

Develop and maintain baseline and revised EPC project schedules; monitor progress, perform delay and schedule risk analyses; prepare reports, support claims and extensions of time, and coordinate with project teams and Project Controls Manager.

Create and maintain electrical and instrumentation CAD drawings and shop drawings to project drafting standards; manage drawing database; review subcontractor drafts; ensure timely delivery and quality, and propose drafting procedure improvements.

Manages and coordinates technical, contractual, and operational interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams. Responsibilities include maintaining interface management plans, registers, matrices, trackers, and control documents; resolving conflicts and site issues; facilitating meetings; monitoring deliverables and deadlines; escalating critical risks; and ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, HSE standards, and Oil & Gas practices.

Manage project scheduling, resource-loaded schedules, cost control, forecasting, variation pricing, claims and contract administration. Lead invoicing, risk and schedule risk analysis, reporting, and client/engineer stakeholder relationships while developing project controls team and continuous improvement.

Support tender development for international EPC projects: analyze specifications and drawings, prepare cost estimates, assist material/subcontract enquiries, evaluate quotations, develop direct cost estimates, prepare internal/external presentations, and help produce interfacing plans, DORs, and BOQ splits for JVs/consortia.

Support tender team by analyzing specifications and drawings, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, evaluating material/subcontract quotations, compiling technical submittals, maintaining cost records, and preparing internal and client presentations.

Source and procure electrical, instrumentation and telecom equipment for oil & gas EPC projects; ensure compliance with I&C and electrical standards; negotiate with suppliers; coordinate with engineering and expediting teams; manage vendor deliverables for project reliability and safety.

Monitor and enforce compliance with construction contracts; prepare and manage contractual correspondence and legal documents; review subcontractor and supplier proposals; identify, escalate, and resolve contractual issues and claims; maintain contractual records; support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration in coordination with regional and project teams.

Lead and manage end-to-end procurement, subcontracting, expediting and logistics for a major EPC project in Benghazi. Develop procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements, manage vendor assessment and supplier performance, coordinate with engineering, construction, quality and stores, and lead the project procurement team to achieve project objectives.

Manage and optimize Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Azure VMs, networking, storage, Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 services. Administer Intune, Defender, backups, monitoring and provide second-level support. Participate in cloud migrations, security and compliance, documentation, and automation using PowerShell and Azure Automation. Support international sites and collaborate with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.

Lead delivery of large-scale marine EPC projects (quay walls), managing budgets, schedules, risk, contracts, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure QHSE compliance, client relationship management, resource planning, and timely on-budget project execution across international sites.

Lead project-level QA/QC for a large civil construction project: manage QC team and third-party inspectors, implement Project Quality Plan and IMS, prepare ITPs/method statements, perform audits and corrective actions, monitor quality performance and calibration, liaise with stakeholders, and support final handover and quality dossiers.

Lead business development for the Energy Business Unit, identifying opportunities across Energy Transition, Environmental Projects and Oil & Gas. Support market analysis, client engagement, tendering, commercial negotiations, bid strategy, and cross-functional handover to execution teams while developing business plans and monitoring market/regulatory trends.

Manage sourcing, vendor selection, bidding, and purchasing for electrical packages in EPC projects. Prepare ITBs, evaluate and benchmark bids, maintain procurement plans, coordinate technical and commercial clarifications, and recommend technically acceptable suppliers to support project execution and tender preparation.

Design, develop, deploy and maintain web-based business applications and Power BI solutions. Define system requirements and interfaces, write performant T-SQL, troubleshoot and refactor code, and follow software specs and methodologies while collaborating with IT Operations.

Manage and support SmartPlant 3D for oil & gas EPC projects: install, configure, customize, troubleshoot, administer users/licenses/databases, maintain catalogs/specifications, ensure data integrity and backups, and coordinate workflows with IT and engineering teams.
