Develops and manages piping test packages for oil and gas EPC projects. Reviews drawings and specifications, coordinates construction and QA/QC readiness, verifies welding and NDT completion, tracks test progress, closes punch items, submits documentation, supports mechanical completion, and resolves technical queries while ensuring ADNOC HSE compliance.

Maintains and controls technical handover documentation, completion dossiers, punch-list registers, red-line markups, and as-built records. Supports completion teams with documentation preparation, tracks submissions and punch sign-offs, and ensures accurate document distribution and version control. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical-records experience, familiarity with engineering numbering, P&IDs, vendor data, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. EPC industry and completion-software experience are preferred.

Supervise and manage onshore and offshore lifting operations, equipment maintenance, inspections, load testing, certification, and critical lifting activities. Prepare lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safety analyses. Verify lifting team competency, ensure compliance with HSE policies and legislation, manage third-party inspections, attend project meetings, and support contract management. The role requires extensive oil and gas experience, mechanical engineering qualifications, LEEA training, and preferably ADNOC approval.
