Maintains audit findings databases, facilitates process improvement initiatives, and follows up on corrective action plans. The role also maps operational processes, supports quality assurance practices, and promotes continuous improvement across departments and international EPC projects.

Manage full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing active and passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, maintaining ATS data, coordinating onboarding handoffs, and supporting recruitment events and bulk hiring. The role focuses initially on junior engineering positions, expanding into more senior roles over time. It also involves talent-pool development, employer branding, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.

Administer and optimize enterprise network, VoIP, firewall, and Cisco telephony infrastructure across offices and project sites. Own Cisco Call Manager and collaboration endpoint deployments, troubleshoot SIP, RTP, QoS, voice gateways, and dial plans, and monitor network and telephony health. Improve network security posture, manage SIEM systems, coordinate telecom vendors and SIP providers, maintain access and accounts, and support infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
