As a Staff AI Research Engineer, you will develop AI solutions, implement machine learning algorithms, benchmark techniques, and transition prototypes to production.

Lead end-to-end product design for consumer mobile and web software, driving 0→1 explorations, prototyping directions, shipping and iterating with minimal direction, and raising design craft across the org.

Lead design and implementation of flight control algorithms for an all-electric VTOL. Build and improve vehicle/environment simulations, verify and validate GNC requirements via simulation and flight test, run trade studies, analyze flight data, author software requirements and test cases, and collaborate with Systems Engineering and Systems Safety to integrate and correct flight control system deficiencies.

The role involves providing technical support for desktop systems and mobile devices, maintaining data integrity, assisting with onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with various requirements.

Lead the design and development of airframe structures from design to manufacturing, focusing on lightweight and composite materials, while mentoring engineers and ensuring compliance with FAA standards.
