Supervise and manage community counseling programs, including hiring, training, staff supervision, program monitoring, reporting to funders, grant support, and provide direct clinical services (case-carrying therapist). Oversee intake, documentation, on-call coverage, outreach, and ensure regulatory and licensure compliance across multiple sites.

Supervise front office operations at two counseling sites, manage scheduling, intake, insurance verification and billing, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, coordinate onboarding and staff supervision, handle reporting and deposits, support crisis protocols, and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient mental health service delivery.

Welcome guests, operate the cafe and gift shop (cashiering, restocking, food service to health standards), perform custodial and event setup/tear-down, operate POS, answer basic questions about the center and Catholic faith, and maintain facility cleanliness and safety.

Support the Director in planning, marketing, and coordinating events, liturgies, trainings, and retreats. Manage the rural grant (2025–2030) including planning, reporting, liaison with rural deaneries, accountability, and timelines. Design marketing collateral (English/Spanish), maintain constituent databases, coordinate volunteers and A/V logistics, prepare reports and post-event debriefs, and ensure alignment with departmental vision and goals.
