Coordinates parish fundraising and stewardship campaigns, donor relations, development events, communications, publications, social media, and community outreach. Maintains donor records, supports grant and funding proposals, manages communication calendars and newsletters, assists with budgets and event logistics, and coordinates volunteers. The role supports the Pastor and ministry leaders while promoting parish initiatives and maintaining print and digital communications.

Coordinates Catholic liturgical activities and pastoral ministries, including recruiting and scheduling volunteers, preparing Mass materials, managing sacramental events, maintaining ministry calendars and budgets, overseeing liturgy and sacrament teams, supporting parish communications, and ensuring compliance and accurate records. Collaborates with the Pastor, deacons, musicians, ministry leaders, parishioners, and staff while supporting ongoing spiritual and professional formation.

Provides confidential administrative support for the Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life Office. Responsibilities include reception, correspondence, document and records management, meeting coordination, event logistics, report and newsletter creation, data entry, office supply inventory, follow-up, and communication across multiple channels. The role requires strong organization, discretion, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills, along with bilingual Spanish-English proficiency and familiarity with Catholic or diocesan environments.
