Coordinate and schedule all liturgical ministers and services, recruit and train volunteers, plan seasonal and special liturgies, manage sacramental records and supplies, liaise with clergy, RCIA, families for funerals/marriages, and attend masses to ensure smooth liturgical operations.

Lead and manage the parish faith formation and religious education programs for children and youth. Oversee curriculum selection, sacramental preparation, registration, volunteer recruitment and training, budgeting, program evaluation, Safe Environment compliance, and coordination with the pastor and diocesan offices. Plan retreats, RCIA, family programming, and maintain records and communications.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for cemetery operations: answer phones, assist families with services and merchandise, maintain Plotbox records, prepare interment documentation, handle deposits, audits, trust processing, and ensure office and policy compliance.
