Serve as the commercial finance lead partnering with CRO and GTM leaders to own revenue forecasting, quota-setting, territory planning, and commercial metrics. Lead reporting and metric development to measure customer health and company performance, enable self-service analytics, provide ad-hoc query support, partner with stakeholders, document data, mentor peers, and help establish analytics culture and processes.

Lead design and implementation of global total rewards and People Operations programs, oversee HRIS, compliance, benefits, compensation, equity, and people data. Build and manage a team, partner with Finance/Legal/Executives, adopt AI/automation, run benchmarking and pay equity analysis, and scale systems and processes across multiple regions.

Lead and rebuild Customer Success, Support, and Advisory/Delivery into a product-centric, technical, single-relationship organization. Design and roll out a journey-based customer lifecycle operating model, own retention and health scoring, implement AI-enabled tooling, hire and upskill technical CSMs, define RACI and operating rhythms, and transition energy solutions delivery into a client-facing advisory function.

Support AI workflows by building and optimizing Snowflake SQL, writing production-quality Python for data transformation and pipelines, curating evaluation datasets and metrics, performing exploratory data analysis to find quality issues, and partnering with product managers and data scientists to support experimentation, model evaluation, and automation.

Lead company-wide adoption of AI by embedding with teams, mapping workflows, and designing and shipping reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations. Build champion network, codify patterns and playbooks, ensure governance and compliance, and measure adoption and time-saved to scale impactful workflows.

Provide front-desk and administrative support during night shift: manage reception, phone and email communication, filing, invoices, petty cash, LGU permits, vendor coordination, inventory of supplies, schedule/oversee housekeeping and pantry operations, reconcile expenses, and perform errands as needed.
