Lead Arcadia's global marketing organization to build brand authority, drive predictable demand and pipeline, own product positioning and PR, integrate AI into marketing workflows, align marketing with finance and GTM teams, and scale a high-performing remote-first marketing organization.

Manage full HR lifecycle for a BPO/shared services operation: benefits, government programs, payroll/timekeeping, performance management, employee engagement, case management, labor/employee relations, staffing movements (promotions, transfers, layoffs, resignations), disciplinary actions per handbook, and ensure HR policy compliance while supporting operations and business partners.

Serve as the commercial finance lead partnering with CRO and GTM leaders to own revenue forecasting, quota-setting, territory planning, and commercial metrics. Build models and dashboards (ARR, NRR, ACV, CAC, LTV), support QBRs and investor materials, drive integration across teams post-acquisition, partner with Marketing on CAC and spend efficiency, and continuously improve FP&A tools and automation.
