Serve as the commercial finance lead partnering with CRO and GTM leaders to own revenue forecasting, quota-setting, territory planning, and commercial metrics. Build models and dashboards (ARR, NRR, ACV, CAC, LTV), support QBRs and investor materials, drive integration across teams post-acquisition, partner with Marketing on CAC and spend efficiency, and continuously improve FP&A tools and automation.

Manage accounting operations including AP, GL, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, month-/year-end closes, payroll accounting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI), audit coordination, financial reporting, and process improvement/ERP automation.

Lead reporting and metric development to measure customer health and company performance, enable self-service analytics, provide ad-hoc query support, partner with stakeholders, document data, mentor peers, and help establish analytics culture and processes.
