Lead Arcadia’s technical recruiting function by developing hiring strategy, scalable recruiting systems, sourcing pipelines, recruiting metrics, and candidate experience. Partner with Engineering, Data, Product, and Analytics leaders to improve hiring quality and speed. Coach hiring teams, mentor recruiters, leverage AI and recruiting technology, strengthen employer branding, and deliver measurable improvements across technical talent acquisition.

Build and close enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Prospect within an assigned territory, develop qualified pipelines, engage scientific and commercial stakeholders, scope data and analytics solutions, create business cases, negotiate enterprise licensing agreements, and manage contracts through close. Maintain forecast discipline, collaborate with product, data, legal, finance, and delivery teams, ensure smooth handoffs, and provide market feedback that shapes Arcadia’s Life Sciences offerings, pricing, packaging, and roadmap.

Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.
