Build, refactor, and operate a production RWD delivery pipeline using dbt, PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS. Own delivery endpoint configs as code, enforce HIPAA de-identification, manage monthly deliveries, drive data quality metrics and investigations, support channel partners, and collaborate with platform engineering using CI/CD, Argo orchestration, and observability tools.

Lead the rearchitecture and implementation of Arcadia's User Management system, focusing on authentication and authorization frameworks. Drive new systems and mentor engineers to ensure secure data access and operational excellence.

Manage end-to-end success for a portfolio of non-enterprise healthcare customers: drive adoption, troubleshoot complex data and platform issues, run trainings and implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop customer roadmaps, and support renewals while ensuring data quality and security compliance.
