The Software Quality Analyst owns the QA lifecycle for software features within an agile team. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, performing manual functional, regression, performance, and security testing, developing Cypress automation, querying databases with SQL, validating defects, and collaborating with developers and business analysts. The role also supports Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting, process improvement, quality metrics, and end-of-sprint demonstrations.

Provides administrative and operational support across payroll, benefits, leave and FMLA administration, compensation, HRIS records, audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, reporting, and vendor coordination. Processes routine transactions accurately, maintains confidential employee data, supports open enrollment and leave tracking, resolves discrepancies, manages recurring workflows, and escalates complex compliance or employee relations matters. This remote role also supports People Operations projects and may require travel up to 25% for meetings and events.

Designs and delivers configurable, interoperable AI solutions for insurance claims management. Partners with stakeholders, engineers, analytics, IT, and members to create AI product roadmaps, modernize on-premises functionality to cloud or hybrid environments, define APIs and integration architectures, manage technical debt, and support deployment and adoption. The role also coordinates testing, implementation planning, marketplace models, feedback loops, and prioritization of AI-powered use cases.
