The Software Quality Analyst owns the QA lifecycle for software features within an agile team. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, performing manual functional, regression, performance, and security testing, developing Cypress automation, querying databases with SQL, validating defects, and collaborating with developers and business analysts. The role also supports Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting, process improvement, quality metrics, and end-of-sprint demonstrations.

Designs, develops, tests, and optimizes generative and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, NLP, and automation. The role creates AI interactions, workflows, safety filters, governance, observability, and explainability frameworks; partners with technical and business stakeholders; conducts testing; documents reusable solutions; and mentors junior staff. The position is fully remote and emphasizes secure, ethical, and compliant AI implementation.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The role also administers and enhances the enterprise risk management program by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk registers and dashboards, monitoring mitigation plans and emerging risks, and providing executive governance reporting. Requires cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, compliance, information security, data governance, and internal audit teams.
