Provides technical direction, leads design reviews and risk assessments, interfaces with customers and suppliers, manages engineering schedules and resources, tracks deliverables and milestones, and ensures compliance with nuclear quality, safety, cybersecurity, and customer requirements.

Manage and improve capital expenditure and cost controlling, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and financial processes. Perform supplier inspections (minimum 30%), review and approve quality documentation, lead NCR resolution and root-cause analysis, train suppliers on tools/processes, update inspection schedules, approve EOMRs, and authorize shipment when quality criteria are met.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote IT support for manufacturing employees and production systems. Troubleshoots devices, applications, networks, printers, Microsoft 365, accounts, and shop floor technologies. Manages IT assets, deployments, incidents, documentation, security activities, and escalations while maintaining SLA performance and minimizing production downtime.

Designs and studies electrical equipment and systems for power and nuclear projects. Responsibilities include preparing single-line diagrams, ETAP system studies, motor-starting analyses, protection designs, CT/VT sizing, switchgear and cable specifications, vendor document reviews, and technical client support. Short domestic and international travel is required.
