Assemble, fit, and fabricate heavy metal components per engineering drawings. Use hand and power tools, perform cutting, grinding, and fitting, prepare parts for welding, inspect assemblies, maintain tools and equipment, follow EHS and lean practices, and collaborate with teams to meet quality and project deadlines.

Supervise field mechanical installation, inspection, maintenance and reassembly of power units (2MW–2000MW). Manage craft personnel, safety (permits, RAMS, hazard hunts), quality documentation, outage schedules, and stakeholder communication while traveling extensively to UK and international sites.

Lead and oversee planning for one or multiple complex projects from tender to closure. Define standards, supervise schedules and IMS, anticipate risks, coordinate stakeholders, implement corrective actions, and manage/recruit/develop a team of planners to improve planning processes and project schedule performance.
