Manages complex commercial proposals and bids, identifying and mitigating schedule, cost, and commercial risks. Leads structured deal reviews, develops winning strategies for long-term operations agreements, supports contract negotiations, and ensures contract compliance. Uses commercial analysis, market knowledge, lessons learned, and cross-functional collaboration to support recommendations and influence global teams. May lead projects, build consensus, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Leads process and controls engineering for steam turbine and generator auxiliary systems. Responsibilities include process design, P&IDs, control logic, safety studies, RAM analysis, interfaces, design reviews, documentation, customer queries, FAT participation, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and configuration management. The role requires coordination across engineering disciplines, customers, suppliers, and site teams while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

Supervise and develop production teams while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Assign work, monitor performance, enforce safety and quality protocols, improve workflows, manage budgets, prepare KPI reports, and support apprentices. The role requires manufacturing leadership experience, mechanical or electro-mechanical qualifications, knowledge of machinery and production processes, and familiarity with production management tools. Flexible shift work and occasional weekends are required, along with UK SC clearance.
