Develops, validates, and improves manufacturing processes for high-value, low-volume products. Responsibilities include leading APQP, creating PFMEAs, control plans, process maps, FAIR packages, and inspection plans; conducting DFM reviews; reducing manufacturing risks; and supporting cross-functional continuous improvement. Experience with CNC machining, precision mechanical products, regulated industries, Lean, Six Sigma, AS9100, or ISO 9001 is desirable. UK SC clearance is required.

Manage financial control for manufacturing projects, including budgets, sales orders, revenue recognition, variation orders, WBS structures, cost forecasting, financial reviews, reporting, WIP analysis, project closures, and hedging inputs. Partner with production, purchasing, factory finance, and project stakeholders to analyze performance, identify risks, ensure compliance, and support accurate financial results.

Leads rotor machining process engineering for heavy machining and assembly operations. Defines MOPs and SOPs, estimates labor hours, plans tooling and fixtures, supports scheduling and outsourcing, resolves technical issues, coordinates NCR dispositions, and drives lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees new product qualification, process documentation, root cause analysis, quality, EHS, on-time delivery, utilization, and cost reduction while mentoring shop engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
