Requires extensive semiconductor utility infrastructure expertise and experience building multidisciplinary engineering organizations.

Leads manufacturing, engineering, quality, and production operations for a membrane filtration cartridge business. Oversees production planning, staffing, KPIs, expansion, capital improvements, cost reduction, process optimization, and operational excellence.
