Manage proposals and execution of EPC water-treatment projects valued at $20 million or more. Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, estimating, project controls, safety, fabrication, construction, and material management teams. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, contract review, change management, technical document review, equipment selection, risk mitigation, vendor and subcontractor negotiations, customer communications, and quality assurance. The role requires independent work, strong organization, engineering-specification writing, and extensive domestic and international travel.

Leads business development and concept engineering for microelectronics water and wastewater treatment systems. Develops design bases, process alternatives, flow diagrams, equipment sizing, cost estimates, concept notes, and engineering services proposals. Coordinates process calculations, thermal and non-thermal treatment design, laboratory or pilot testing, internal reviews, client workshops, and customer responses while supporting sales and business development efforts.

Leads the origination, development, feasibility, permitting, stakeholder management, commercial structuring, and financing of water and critical minerals infrastructure projects across North America. Screens and qualifies opportunities, builds sales pipelines, evaluates project economics, negotiates agreements, coordinates technical and regulatory activities, and supports debt and equity financing through financial close. The role requires substantial infrastructure development experience and up to 30% domestic and international travel.
