Lead finance transformation initiatives, support ERP and financial systems implementations and optimizations, standardize and automate finance processes (close, reconciliations, AR/AP, P2P, O2C, budgeting), manage change activities, develop documentation and training, measure outcomes, and provide post-go-live support across cross-functional teams.

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to align milestones, perform critical path and variance analysis, produce lookahead schedules and reports, identify risks, and recommend mitigation and recovery plans for large EPC projects (including desalination and PDB projects).

Lead regional accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, technical accounting research, and identifying financial trends and improvements.
