Manage and govern HubSpot CRM data, ensure pipeline accuracy, produce dashboards and performance reports, support forecasting and pipeline reviews, enable sales teams with tools and training, and coordinate commercial governance and continuous improvement.

Designs control system philosophies and documentation for water and wastewater projects. Develops control narratives, sequence of operation charts, alarm/set point lists, and O&M manuals; reads P&IDs; uses MS Office tools to produce designs and may deliver customer training.

Project Engineer responsible for coordinating engineering activities for water treatment projects: reviewing specs and vendor quotes, preparing proposals and project documents, managing schedules (MS Projects/Primavera), interfacing with vendors/customers, supporting 3D model inputs (Navisworks), and performing site/vendor visits. Requires Korean fluency and travel (~30%).
