Lead technical execution and integration for global microelectronics utility projects (UPW, WWT, ZLD, thermal, RO). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations, manage customer technical interface, support procurement/vendor evaluation, drive startup/qualification readiness, and develop repeatable execution methodologies for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and CEO, responsible for translating enterprise strategy into execution, managing management and board operating rhythms, coordinating executive communications, tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives, supporting governance, and escalating risks. The role drives cross-functional alignment, accountability, business performance visibility, executive decision-making, and strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts.

Supports Global FP&A through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, profitability assessment, transaction due diligence, valuation, and strategic initiative evaluation. Prepares segment and management reporting, analyzes performance variances, develops executive and Board presentations, and partners with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
