Entry-level, hands-on role supporting daily delivery operations and facility tasks at Apptronik Austin: transporting materials between buildings, completing work orders/JIRA tickets, performing minor repairs, furniture assembly, preventative maintenance, and participating in on-call emergency response.

Lead and optimize the internal R&D machine shop to deliver high-quality prototype parts rapidly (target 48-hour turnaround). Manage shop workflow, ticketing, inventory, tooling procurement, equipment maintenance, QA, safety/OSHA compliance, and a team of machinists and technicians.
