Own global sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for electronics commodities, including PCB, PCBA, harnesses, compute hardware, sensors, and components. Lead RFQs, negotiations, contracts, should-cost modeling, cost reduction, supplier qualification, dual sourcing, supply-risk mitigation, and NPI readiness. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management to support prototype through volume production while managing capacity, lifecycle, compliance, and supplier performance.

Owns end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellness benefits programs. Manages enrollment, eligibility, compliance, employee communications, vendor and broker relationships, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to resolve complex issues, negotiate contracts, measure program performance, and advise stakeholders on benefits administration.

Owns product configuration governance in Teamcenter across part numbering, revisions, BOMs, release workflows, baselines, effectivity, engineering changes, and serial-level traceability. The role aligns engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and service from prototype through production. Responsibilities include defining configuration policies, managing EBOM/MBOM relationships, overseeing change implementation, validating PLM migrations, developing configuration-health metrics, and training cross-functional teams. This is a process and governance role, not a Teamcenter system administration position.

Leads software product management across autonomy, simulation, platforms, cloud tools, and fleet operations. Builds and manages the product team, owns software vision and roadmap governance, defines commercial strategy, and oversees products from research through deployment and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, AI, hardware, UX, safety, compliance, customers, and vendors on architecture, testing, release decisions, data strategy, lifecycle management, and build-versus-buy choices. Requires deep software product expertise, robotics or autonomous systems experience, cloud-to-edge knowledge, and extensive leadership experience.

Lead and build the Manufacturing Engineering team while scaling complex robotic hardware from prototypes to repeatable production. Own process development, tooling, manufacturing definitions, production readiness, yield improvement, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, process validation, and technical transfers. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and contract manufacturers to improve quality, cost, throughput, and production ramp performance.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical and corporate roles in a fast-growing robotics company. Partner with leaders and hiring managers on role scoping, hiring strategy, candidate calibration, and market insights. Source and assess candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews and pre-employment processes, negotiate offers, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience. Maintain accurate applicant tracking data and provide proactive, data-informed updates throughout each search.

Leads and builds the enterprise systems function supporting engineering and manufacturing. Owns PLM, MES, QMS, ERP integrations, Salesforce-related systems, data governance, system security, vendor relationships, implementation roadmaps, and change management. Directs full-lifecycle implementations, ensures engineering-to-manufacturing data flow, develops scalable business processes, and manages analysts and engineers. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and executive stakeholders to deliver reliable systems for prototype, pilot, and volume production.

Own the board support package and OS configuration for NVIDIA Jetson platforms in humanoid robots. Develop board bring-up, boot chains, kernels, device drivers, reproducible OS images, real-time tuning, secure boot, OTA updates, and fleet provisioning. Debug hardware and field issues, review schematics, define hardware requirements, and collaborate with firmware, hardware, robotics software, QA, validation, and manufacturing teams from prototype through production.

Owns ERP configuration, administration, optimization, security, integrations, master data, reporting, and process governance across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and inventory. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leads implementations and upgrades, manages vendors, supports audit controls, documents processes, and mentors junior staff.

Develop and maintain firmware for humanoid robot dexterous hands, including motor control, sensor integration, real-time communications, distributed MCU networks, hardware bring-up, and HIL/SIL testing. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers from prototype through production. Support firmware reliability, telemetry, diagnostics, field-failure analysis, code reviews, and design reviews while developing embedded systems expertise with mentorship.

Designs, analyzes, builds, tests, and validates drivetrain technologies for robotic electric actuators. Responsibilities include gear and gearbox design, bearing and lubrication selection, materials and manufacturing process selection, FEA, documentation, pilot builds, DVP&R, and design optimization for scalability and manufacturability. Collaborates with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop high-performance, cost-effective robotic drivetrain systems.

Lead the design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and documentation of rotary and linear actuators for humanoid robots. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, perform FEA and DVP&R, create GD&T drawings and BOMs, support pilot builds, and optimize designs for scalability and design for manufacture and assembly.

The Senior Compensation Analyst supports total rewards strategy through job evaluations, market pricing, compensation surveys, pay equity analysis, salary structures, merit cycles, bonus and equity programs, and compliance reviews. The role advises People Partners, recruiters, and business leaders, develops compensation models and recommendations, supports compensation technology implementations, and contributes to cross-functional projects in a rapidly growing technical organization.

Build and lead Apptronik’s People Analytics function, developing workforce analytics strategy, predictive models, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data governance. Advise executive leadership on talent strategy, organizational health, workforce planning, and organizational design. Establish people-data standards, security, access controls, compliance practices, and architecture in partnership with IT and Data Engineering. Translate workforce data into actionable business narratives while mentoring analytics teams and supporting HR initiatives.

Manage Workday functional configuration with primary ownership of Workday Payroll. Configure earnings, deductions, taxes, accounting, pay groups, security roles, and business processes. Partner with Finance and payroll vendors on processing, reconciliation, compliance, audits, and tax filings. Lead testing, defect resolution, documentation, and continuous system improvement while supporting workforce planning, organizational design, performance cycles, and other strategic People initiatives.

Owns compensation, equity, benefits, compliance, and total rewards strategy for a high-growth robotics company. Leads job architecture, salary structures, compensation cycles, market benchmarking, equity programs, benefits renewals, leave administration, pay equity analysis, dashboards, and governance. Partners with Finance, Legal, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, executives, and the board to support competitive, compliant, and data-informed rewards programs.

Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Apollo humanoid robot’s compute and sensing hardware. Design NVIDIA Jetson carrier boards, high-speed interfaces, power and thermal systems, sensor integration, synchronization pipelines, diagnostics, redundancy, and functional-safety mechanisms. Drive manufacturability, reliability, roadmap development, technical reviews, and mentorship of electrical and embedded engineers.

Develop and deploy actuator models and low-level controls for humanoid robots. Responsibilities include motor and actuator modeling, torque and current control, system identification, hardware characterization, controller tuning, sim-to-real validation, experiment automation, simulator integration, and hardware bring-up. The role requires strong C++ and Python skills, motor electromechanics expertise, classical control knowledge, and hands-on experience with real robotic hardware.
