Develop and deploy machine learning models for humanoid robot manipulation, covering data collection, annotation, synthetic data generation, simulation, training, fine-tuning, and on-robot deployment. Diagnose performance issues across computer vision, calibration, geometry, sensor fusion, models, and data. Build reliable real-time robotic software, lead technical architecture, and mentor robotics engineers while transferring research innovations into production hardware.

Own the architecture and technical direction of a cloud-native core simulation platform supporting reinforcement learning, controls validation, and CI/CD testing. Design distributed systems and high-throughput pipelines capable of generating millions of experience hours daily. Define platform abstractions, APIs, performance and reliability standards, and the product roadmap. Partner with Controls, AI Research, and Perception teams, resolve systemic bottlenecks, review designs, and mentor senior engineers.

Leads Apptronik’s global product education and technical learning strategy for robotics employees, partners, and customers. Builds scalable LMS, LXP, certification, competency, documentation, and simulation ecosystems; aligns training with product launches and field deployment readiness; manages budgets, metrics, commercialization, and P&L impact; and recruits and develops multidisciplinary teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Global Services teams to improve product adoption, support deflection, customer confidence, and human-robot operational literacy.
