Leads enterprise sales expansion across Malaysia and ASEAN by developing market-entry strategies, driving regional revenue, managing strategic accounts, closing complex multimillion-dollar deals, and building a high-performing sales organization. Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, executive relationship development, account expansion, recruiting, coaching, performance management, partner development, market positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires at least 50% regional travel and experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions to large organizations.

Lead test engineering for analytics/network software: design, develop, automate, and execute tests; own product quality; analyze requirements; file actionable defects; perform code reviews; script test data and emulations; assist with risk analysis and customer issue investigation.

Lead development of scalable Control Plane software for enterprise networking and analytics. Build and mentor an engineering team, drive architecture and distributed-systems design, partner with product, promote CI/CD and AI-assisted engineering, and engage customers to improve deployments and product outcomes.

Design, implement, and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs for a scalable analytics platform. Collaborate with frontend React teams, DevOps, and QA to ensure high availability, performance, debugging, and production readiness. Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve development productivity and support large-scale data processing, reporting, and secure integrations.

The Enterprise Account Director will build and scale AppLogic Networks' direct enterprise presence in Europe, identifying high-value opportunities and developing relationships with stakeholders to drive sales.

Build and scale AppLogic Networks' direct enterprise presence across CEE: generate pipeline, run full-cycle deals, land and expand strategic accounts, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and leverage MSPs to accelerate and scale opportunities.

Lead hunting and closing enterprise accounts in Japan: build a self-generated pipeline, manage complex 6–18 month sales cycles, engage executive and technical buyers, develop account plans and ROI cases, coordinate internal resources, close new logos and >$1M deals, and exceed revenue targets while expanding existing accounts and partnering with channels.

Develop and execute test cases and automated test suites to verify conformance, interoperability, performance, and error handling. Install and configure integrated solutions, troubleshoot defects with reproducible steps, and produce acceptance reports. Work with networking hardware/software, databases, and test automation tools in an R&D/scrum environment.
