AppLogic Networks powers the networks behind AI and the critical applications people rely on every day. We help network owners service providers and Enterprises understand how applications perform, how users experience them, and where action is needed to improve quality, efficiency, security, and profitability. Our software combines application intelligence, experience visibility, contextual insights, and real-time control to help customers elevate observability and do more with the networks they already run. As AI reshapes how the world works, connects, and communicates, AppLogic Networks helps ensure modern applications run smoothly across any network, from the consumer edge to the data center. Join our team and help build the software that makes networks smarter, more adaptive, and ready for what comes next.
The Role
Solutions Engineers at AppLogic Networks are smart passionate people able to solve complex problems and implement solutions with the most robust, high-quality solutions. They also use AI and automation to work faster and to build smarter, more adaptive customer solutions. We are open to candidates based in Sweden or Poland, and we welcome applications from either country.
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement solutions, from first concept to delivery.
- Lead Proofs of Concept, taking them from idea to prototype.
- Write high-quality code in a rapid, agile environment.
- Build AI-enabled proofs of concept and integrations, such as ML-based traffic classification, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered analytics and automation, using network and application data.
- Use AI coding assistants and LLM tools to speed up development, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation, and review their output critically.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help set delivery priorities and timelines.
- Evaluate technical options, select the best one, and move the work forward.
- Manage competing deadlines and customer requests with discipline.
- Bring novel ideas that solve technical problems, and communicate vision and progress clearly to people at every level.
- Help customers understand how AI workloads and AI-driven applications affect their networks, and how to monitor, secure, and optimize them.
