Designs and implements technical solutions from concept through delivery, leads proofs of concept, writes production-quality code, and contributes to architecture and delivery priorities. The role requires troubleshooting Linux systems, applying advanced networking knowledge, scripting with Python or Bash, and working with virtualization platforms. Candidates collaborate with technical teams and customers, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress clearly. The position is open to candidates in Sweden or Poland and involves 5–10% travel.

Manage strategic telecom accounts by acquiring, expanding, and retaining customers; achieving sales quotas; developing account plans; presenting network solutions; negotiating contracts; managing customer relationships and expectations; conducting account reviews; and promoting products. Requires deep telco ecosystem knowledge, value-based selling expertise, executive engagement, and 10+ years of solutions-based sales experience. Regional travel of at least 50% is required.

Operates database clusters, develops Tableau and Superset dashboards, analyzes telecom and network performance data, performs health checks, and investigates production issues. The role collaborates with customer operations, engineering, support, and product teams; recommends policy and configuration changes; coordinates priority cases; maintains technical documentation and inventories; and provides solution knowledge-transfer sessions.
