Serve as the primary or supporting security engineering representative on engineering teams to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and integrate secure networking, computing, enclave, and IA architectures. Support trusted relationships among external systems, apply IA policy, and lead Zero Trust efforts. Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.

Support security architecture and systems engineering for MFAMS, TITUS, and JBlocks. Develop and maintain SSPs, support IATT/ATO accreditation, apply continuous monitoring, track POA&Ms, review audit logs, manage IAVA responses, coordinate patches and data transfers, and liaise with ISSM/DAOs, system administrators, and developers.

Serve as a security engineering representative on engineering teams to design, develop, implement, evaluate, and integrate IA architectures, secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. Apply IA policy and risk management, support trusted relationships among systems, perform security planning/assessment, interact with customers and project teams, and identify handling requirements for Government data.

ISSE Level 2 role requiring a minimum of 14 years' ISSE experience on similar programs. Requires a bachelor's degree (or 4 years ISSE experience substitution) and a CISSP certification.

Define and implement scheduling software and configuration management processes (MS Project, Primavera), maintain and integrate master program/project schedules, manage schedule builds/staging/testing/deployment, implement version control and enforce schedule policies across development and operational projects.

Design and manage system and derived requirements, develop systems engineering documentation (SEPs, ICDs, requirements), coordinate cross-discipline reviews and CCB actions, participate in integrated product teams, allocate budgets, create architectures and design solutions, define verification methods, and input to WBS/IMP.

Perform complex IT and OT security analysis for ICS/SCADA environments, evaluate vulnerabilities and risks, recommend mitigations, conduct penetration studies, and ensure compliance with NIST guidance across IT and OT systems.

Provide financial analysis and support for DoD acquisition, program, and contract management activities. Prepare financial reports, budget tracking, and compliance documentation; coordinate with program managers and contracting teams to ensure financial integrity and contract performance.

Design, code, debug, integrate, and maintain software; develop data queries; assist test procedure development; produce and review documentation; recommend process improvements. Requires Java and C++ experience.
