The Management Associate will undergo management training, develop leadership skills, manage branch operations, and meet business and customer service goals.

Support branch teller unit operations by supervising staff, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, coaching and training tellers, assisting with cash management, ATM proving, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with AML/BSA/OFAC and bank policies.

Participate in a 6–24 month management development program with branch rotations and corporate exposure to prepare for Assistant Branch Manager. Learn retail branch operations, audits, compliance, customer service, business development, and leadership. Support branch management, lead meetings, coach staff, authorize transactions within limits, and complete training objectives and special assignments to drive operational performance and profitability.

Maintain stability and performance of Apple Banks digital platforms (online/mobile banking, payments, app stores). Monitor platforms, triage incidents, coordinate remediation, support releases, validate file processing (ACH/BIC/batch), conduct customer outreach during incidents, and document operational procedures to ensure high availability and excellent digital customer experience.

Engaged in a management training program to prepare for an Assistant Branch Manager role, focusing on retail banking operations, customer service, and leadership development.

Lead daily branch teller operations, supervise and train teller staff, process and audit cash transactions, resolve customer issues, enforce compliance (AML/BSA/OFAC), support sales referrals, assist branch management with performance reviews and hiring, and perform teller duties as needed.
