Supports branch teller-unit management by supervising daily operations, coaching and training tellers, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, managing cash and vault activities, approving transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Serves as backup to the Operations Supervisor and teller staff, assists with scheduling, performance evaluations, recruiting, and branch sales and service needs.

Develops and executes content strategy across digital and traditional marketing channels for a regulated financial services organization. Responsibilities include creating marketing content, refining messaging frameworks, managing a content library, coordinating agencies and vendors, supporting budgets, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and analyzing performance metrics. The role ensures content is compliant, on-brand, and aligned with acquisition, engagement, and business objectives while influencing stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Participates in a 6-to-24-month management development program involving branch rotations, corporate department assignments, training, audits, and leadership development. Learns to oversee teller and platform operations, support business development and customer service, coach employees, resolve customer concerns, authorize transactions, manage risk, and achieve branch profitability and operational goals.
