Develop and maintain cloud-native Java microservices using Spring Boot, AWS, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies. Lead global financial operations including US, Canada and India accounting; prepare US GAAP financial statements, consolidations, budgeting, management reporting, compliance (SOX/IFRS), and drive strategic financial planning and revenue department oversight.

Design and implement .NET-based web applications and REST/SOAP services; lead and mentor developers; create solution, functional and technical documentation; build front-end components with Vue/Angular; design microservices and DB queries; manage deployments, version control, performance analysis, and training; participate in governance and integrate portal/back-office systems.

Design and implement scalable Snowflake-based data architectures on cloud (Azure/AWS). Build and optimize ETL using SnowSQL and Spark, tune performance, migrate data systems, document designs, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers while incorporating agentic AI into the data engineering SDLC.

Provide advanced Level 2.5 support and administration for the BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM ecosystem: troubleshoot ARS, SRM, SmartIT and reporting, design workflows, maintain foundation data and access controls, build/monitor REST integrations, document issues, escalate to R&D, and support on-call/rotational coverage.
