Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of a multi-entity Workday HCM solution covering HCM, US/Canada payroll, talent/performance, advanced compensation, Prism, Journeys, and Help. Perform Fit-Gap analysis, define global business processes, ensure data integrity and security, and support cross-functional teams to deliver a robust, secure Workday deployment.

Serve as an internal Workday Payroll SME to perform gap analysis, detect payroll issues, verify vendor configurations, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure implemented fixes meet Canada payroll and business requirements.

Lead enterprise data and integration solution architecture for core banking programs. Design high-level and end-to-end solutions, produce design artifacts, align with application/data architects, ensure stakeholder approval, and work with BAs, credit, risk, and test teams. Focus on data flow, governance, modeling, APIs/microservices, DB/infra, and transformation delivery in a large banking program.
