Develop and maintain cloud-native Java microservices using Spring Boot, AWS, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies. Apply TDD, JUnit, Git workflows, domain-driven design, and automated CI/CD practices. Build serverless or containerized deployments and integrate event-driven messaging when needed. The role requires strong English communication and flexibility to overlap with U.S. Central Time while working remotely from India.

Manages complex, multi-year information technology projects across scope, schedule, budget, requirements, documentation, testing, deployment, risks, vendors, and deliverables. Leads multi-entity teams using matrix management, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Oversees quality assurance, UAT, change management, project controls, and status reporting, while presenting progress and negotiating resources with senior leadership and government agency stakeholders.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET. Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and microservices; optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures; collaborate with analysts and architects; conduct code reviews and unit testing; and troubleshoot complex technical issues. The role requires onsite or hybrid work in Albany, NY, a bachelor’s degree, and at least eight years of post-graduation .NET development experience.
