Leads ServiceNow platform strategy, team management, Agile delivery, technical architecture, governance, administration, upgrades, integrations, and operational improvement. Mentors developers and administrators, oversees releases and sprint execution, manages technical debt and platform risks, collaborates with architects and stakeholders, and aligns roadmaps with business priorities. The role also manages vendors, licensing, deployment governance, instance operations, and automated testing.

Owns cloud, on-premises, application, and end-user infrastructure. Responsibilities include deploying AWS and GCP infrastructure, administering Linux servers and application servers, building CI/CD automation, monitoring systems, supporting desktops and servers, managing accounts and assets, and maintaining CCTV and biometric access-control systems. The role also handles patching, troubleshooting, documentation, security, vendor coordination, and infrastructure reliability.

Designs and matures enterprise disaster recovery architecture across SAP, databases, applications, on-premises data centers, and Azure environments. Develops recovery strategies, runbooks, inventories, dependency maps, governance standards, and executive reporting. Assesses backup coverage, drives remediation and modernization, coordinates recovery testing and tabletop exercises, and provides technical escalation during disaster recovery events. Requires expertise with enterprise backup platforms, database recovery, ERP environments, hybrid infrastructure, and technical documentation.
