Designs and matures enterprise disaster recovery architecture across SAP, databases, applications, on-premises data centers, and Azure environments. Develops recovery strategies, runbooks, inventories, dependency maps, governance standards, and executive reporting. Assesses backup coverage, drives remediation and modernization, coordinates recovery testing and tabletop exercises, and provides technical escalation during disaster recovery events. Requires expertise with enterprise backup platforms, database recovery, ERP environments, hybrid infrastructure, and technical documentation.

Provides Level 3 support for GCP environments, resolving complex infrastructure incidents, conducting root cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes, and optimizing platform reliability and performance. Supports service transitions, operational readiness, security controls, vulnerability remediation, and customer escalations. Requires expertise in GCP, Compute Engine, Kubernetes/GKE, networking, IAM, monitoring, logging, and incident management, with Terraform, CI/CD, scripting, and cloud security knowledge preferred.

Manages and enhances IBM BPM/ODM, WebSphere, cloud, Kubernetes, and OpenShift platforms. Responsibilities include upgrades, patching, risk remediation, containerization, CI/CD integration, automation, platform monitoring, security, scalability, compliance, production incident resolution, release deployments, and development-team guidance. Provides on-call support and collaborates with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
