Own the roadmap and day-to-day decisions for ecommerce website and mobile app experiences. Run discovery, write requirements, prioritize and ship features with engineering and design, coordinate launches, and drive conversion through A/B testing and optimization. Use analytics and AI to define KPIs, inform decisions, and continuously improve funnels, checkout, and retention.

Manage and grow accounts for licensed, exclusive, and custom minting products; onboard licensors, negotiate contracts, develop custom products, and hit sales and margin targets. Collaborate cross-functionally on product ideation, pricing, launch, inventory management, and P&L performance while representing the company at industry events and supporting a $150M+ top-line budget.

Evaluate and authenticate numismatic, semi-numismatic, and bullion inventory; decide grading, auction, wholesale or direct listing; source and purchase inventory via dealer networks and coin shows; manage product lifecycle using proprietary software; prepare purchase orders and package inventory; maintain grading and counterfeit detection accuracy; attend industry events and maintain technical knowledge.
