Provides onsite, frontline IT support across company facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows devices, applications, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices; administering users and endpoints through Intune, Entra, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange; provisioning and deprovisioning employees; managing assets, workstations, tickets, documentation, and support inventory; and escalating server, network, security platform, and application issues. The role also involves equipment moves, facility support, local travel, and occasional after-hours work.

Leads high-volume Accounts Receivable operations, including cash applications, collections, reconciliations, dispute management, account maintenance, reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the AR team, drives automation and process improvements, monitors KPIs and aging, supports financial close and audits, and partners with Treasury, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Fraud, banks, and customers to improve cash flow and operational performance.

Own growth, analytics, reporting, and external partnerships for consumer card and fintech portfolios. Drive acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, retention, and profitability through marketing initiatives, dashboards, unit-economics models, forecasting, and AI-enabled workflows. Manage issuers, networks, program managers, and financial partners while coordinating legal, compliance, finance, product, and marketing stakeholders. Evaluate new banking, lending, rewards, and co-brand opportunities and support negotiations and product launches.

Places inbound sales and purchasing orders for precious metals, educates clients on products, quotes pricing, manages complete sales cycles, maintains leads and referrals, follows up with prospects, provides market updates, and resolves client concerns. The role requires strong customer service, financial market awareness, risk assessment, database maintenance, and availability during extended weekday hours, including one evening close per week.

Manage multiple multidisciplinary projects from requirements through deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are met. Coordinate internal and external resources, communicate status and timelines to stakeholders and leadership, analyze project performance, revise plans when needed, maintain project processes, and escalate risks or issues appropriately.

Evaluate and authenticate numismatic, semi-numismatic, and bullion inventory; decide grading, auction, wholesale or direct listing; source and purchase inventory via dealer networks and coin shows; manage product lifecycle using proprietary software; prepare purchase orders and package inventory; maintain grading and counterfeit detection accuracy; attend industry events and maintain technical knowledge.
