Coordinate contract labor onboarding, UAN and IP generation or validation, PCS activities, payroll and statutory register validation, client and internal communication, and internal or external audit inspections. The role requires HR subject knowledge, communication skills, Excel proficiency, statutory compliance knowledge, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for compliance services. Gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into actionable specifications, coordinate internal processing teams, manage delivery timelines and milestones, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong documentation, responsiveness, ownership, organization, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
