Monitor and renew factory, CLRA, and labor compliance licenses; coordinate statutory register preparation, returns, muster uploads, and compliance record submissions. Conduct monthly vendor audits, prepare statutory approval and amendment documents, submit filings to authorities, follow up on client payments, and support clients during government inspections, queries, and objections. Consolidate periodic return data, obtain client approval, and ensure all submissions meet deadlines.

Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for compliance services. Gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into actionable specifications, coordinate internal processing teams, manage delivery timelines and milestones, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong documentation, responsiveness, ownership, organization, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
