Partners with executive leadership on growth opportunities, differentiates the company competitively, ensures CRM adoption, develops team members, represents the organization in industry forums, and maintains knowledge of market trends and technologies. Requires extensive industry expertise, executive presence, strategic planning ability, and frequent travel to work sites and offices.

Manages business development and customer relationships across assigned accounts. Partners with leaders, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, and Safety to align staffing, manage workforce mobilization, develop supervisors, and address employee matters. Requires field HR experience, employment-law knowledge, HRIS proficiency, and 25–40% travel to project sites.
