As a Platform Intern, you'll support the platform lead by planning and executing events, managing logistics, and strengthening the startup community in Sweden.

Conduct market, financial, product and technical analysis, prepare investment memos, coordinate stakeholders, and help scale investment processes with an emphasis on applying AI to sourcing and diligence.

Lead sourcing, assessing, and supporting pre-seed founders through Antler's residency. Drive founder discovery using AI, coach early strategy, lead diligence and IC recommendations, support fundraising, and build scalable processes to strengthen Antler's UK platform.

Work with the investment team to source, evaluate, diligence, and execute pre-Series A to Series C investments across APAC and globally. Conduct market, financial, product, and technical analysis; prepare investment memos; support deal execution and post-investment portfolio initiatives; build relationships with founders and ecosystem partners; and help scale internal investment processes and tooling.

The Group Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls across global entities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing guidance to local finance teams.
