Create video, photo, and real-time social content for Antler’s San Francisco founder cohort. Capture sessions, panels, office hours, and community moments; edit and organize footage; extract quotes and clips; and support founder logistics, scheduling, communications, and on-ground event coordination. The intern will collaborate with global content stakeholders and work onsite throughout the five-week program.

Lead Antler India's fundraising and investor relations strategy, including raising Fund II and sourcing capital for global funds, co-investments, and thematic vehicles. Own the full fundraising cycle from relationship origination through closing, manage more than 150 existing LP relationships, oversee diligence and negotiations, and deliver ongoing investor stewardship. Build a capital formation team, strengthen CRM and reporting processes, collaborate with India and global leadership, and travel frequently across India and internationally.

Leads Antler’s Sydney investment activities, including sourcing and evaluating early-stage founders, supporting Residency participants, shaping portfolio strategy, driving outcomes for selected companies, and voting on the Investment Committee. The role also contributes to Antler’s global partnership and requires strong technology and AI knowledge, an established Australian startup network, capital markets understanding, leadership, and communication skills.
