Leads Antler’s Sydney investment activities, including sourcing and evaluating early-stage founders, supporting Residency participants, shaping portfolio strategy, driving outcomes for selected companies, and voting on the Investment Committee. The role also contributes to Antler’s global partnership and requires strong technology and AI knowledge, an established Australian startup network, capital markets understanding, leadership, and communication skills.

The Head of Capital Formation will lead fundraising efforts in North America, focusing on institutional capital, while building a high-performing team and strategy for Antler's growth in the region.

The role involves identifying and investing in exceptional founders, working closely with them on their companies, and contributing to building Antler's presence in the industry.
