Blend customer-facing troubleshooting, systems debugging, and product development to improve testing, CI, and release workflows.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop tools and solve open-ended problems using various programming languages and technologies. The role requires collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment with a focus on engineering competency.

Embed with customers to deploy, validate, and integrate Antithesis into their CI and release processes. Reproduce and debug subtle distributed-system failures, propose and prototype platform improvements with product engineers, and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. On-site presence and occasional travel to customer offices required.

The role requires enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling developer tools or similarly technical products, strong quota performance, technical acumen, and startup adaptability.

Leads a regional Solutions Engineering team supporting presales activities, proof-of-concept execution, customer engagements, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and technical enablement. Partners with sales, marketing, recruiting, and global go-to-market teams while mentoring engineers and contributing hands-on technical expertise to customer engagements and distributed-systems testing initiatives.

Run end-to-end complex enterprise sales for a developer-tools SaaS platform: manage pipeline, engage engineers and execs, close deals, drive adoption, influence product, mentor AEs, and collaborate with marketing.

Create and maintain developer-facing documentation and educational content (setup guides, tutorials, SDK material, primers, how-tos).
